Kim Steblina is a seasoned Line Producer and Senior Production Manager with over 20 years of experience in the television and film industry. Throughout her career, Kim has worked with major production companies such as Endemol Shine, Screentime, Fremantle, Eureka Productions, and Australian television networks Seven, Nine, Ten, ABC, and SBS.

With a multi-genre background, Kim has successfully managed a diverse array of productions, including drama, documentary, factual, kids programming, and reality TV. She has worked across a variety of formats and budgets, guiding projects from early development through to final delivery.

Kim plays a vital role in collaborating closely with Producers during the development phase, helping to create budgets, production schedules, and assembling the right teams to bring creative concepts to life. Her focus is on delivering the highest quality content for both traditional broadcasters and streaming services.

In 2023, Kim joined Tilt Media, where she line produced the first season of the ABC Kids series Fizzy & Suds and the feature documentary Aquarius. She is currently line producing  the second series of Fizzy & Suds while also working with the Tilt creative team on budgets and production schedules for upcoming projects in development.
